Lost/Missing Packages
CartoonSteps™ is not liable if an incorrect address is provided during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping address is accurate before completing your order. If we make an error, we will take full responsibility and resend the original order at no extra charge.
Customs
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you, and you may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. However, in some cases, free shipping may not include tracking.
MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT"
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking is still unavailable, please contact us at contact@cartoonsteps.com.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be shipped separately, even if you've specified combined shipping.
